If you have a digital photo that isn't looking its best and could use a bit of cleaning up and polishing here and there, send it in to us and we will make it dazzle! We offer an extensive range of digital photo correction and retouching services, detailed below. All basic and advanced services are available at $100 per hour (half-hour minimum), and may be requested for any combination of photos in your order. Please contact us first with samples of your photos so that we may prepare a quote for you.
We currently only accept digital images; we cannot accept print material at this time. A portfolio of our retouching work will be available soon.
Let us put our digital workflow facilities to work for you. Send us your Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax, Minolta, Kodak or Fuji digital camera raw files, and we will produce publication-quality JPEG or TIFF files to your exact specifications. Basic retouching services are included in the raw conversion rate of $100 per hour. Large batch orders are welcomed, as we are typically able to process over 100 shots per hour, resulting in tremendous savings for you over a per-image pricing model. Please contact us for discounted pricing should you require advanced retouching services with your raw conversions.
Accuracy in colour and a workflow that supports calibrated and profiled devices is the cornerstone of a professional photographic lab. We ensure that our own processes are colour-managed from beginning to end. A properly calibrated and profiled computer display is one of the fundamental requirements of viewing your photos the way they were meant to be seen. Don't have the hardware to guarantee accurate colour reproduction on your screen? We will visit your location with a hardware colourimeter device and appropriate software, calibrate up to three CRT or LCD displays at that location, and generate custom profiles for you on the spot. The service is available for $150, and includes travel within the City of Toronto.
All of our CD and DVD media are sourced from industry-leading manufacturers, with your choice of CD-R, CD-RW, DVD±R or DVD±RW media. Dual-layer DVD media is also available, but please inquire about availability. We perform multilevel error analysis of every disc produced to ensure the accuracy and longevity of the data. Send us your CD's or DVD's, and we will make archival backups for safekeeping and your peace of mind. $15 per disc guarantees a defect-free CD or DVD for up to 1 year from the date of duplication. If your computer can no longer read your disc, simply return the disc to us and we will replace it with a new one free of charge.
Are you looking for a more professional way of labelling your discs than using your own handwriting? Do you dread having to deal with sticky disc labels that never go on straight? Take advantage of our option to have any text or full-colour image printed directly on your disc by an inkjet printer. Supply the text and/or the artwork, and we'll do the rest. All discs are treated with a transparent, water-resistant coating and delivered in a slimline jewel case.
